Terms and Conditions for Mood Frames

Welcome to Mood Frames, a service owned and operated by Cryptovero, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mood Frames website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Mood Frames, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Purpose of the Service
Mood Frames is a self-reflection and wellness tool. The Service helps you:
• Create unique “Mood Frames” (generative artwork based on your check-in responses)
• Receive friendly AI insights that interpret your current emotional landscape
• Journal privately and review weekly check-ins to notice patterns and progress

Important: Mood Frames does not provide professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The Service is for self-reflection and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mood Frames. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Information We Request
To generate your Mood Frames and provide features, we may ask for:
• Check-in responses and in-app selections (to create your Mood Frame and insights)
• Optional journal entries you write in the app
• Your email address (for account or support communications)
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers, including Apple for App Store purchases)
• Basic device and usage data for performance, security, and analytics

We do not require your full legal name, physical mailing address, or precise GPS location to use the core features of the Service.

4. User-Generated Content & Ownership
• You retain full ownership of the content and outputs generated from your inputs, including your Mood Frames and personal reports.
• You grant Cryptovero a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service features you use.
• We do not sell your personal data. Your private journal and check-in content are not used to train foundation AI models without your consent.

5. Usage Guidelines
By using Mood Frames, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or request content that is explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate
• Harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with any part of the Service
• Use the Service to provide clinical or professional advice to others

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds
Subscriptions:
• Mood Frames offers Weekly and Monthly subscriptions to unlock premium features (personalized insights, guided journaling, full mood visualization).
• Pricing (may vary by region): Weekly $5.99 USD, Monthly $11.99 USD.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions after purchase.

Refunds:
• If you purchased via the Apple App Store, refunds are managed by Apple. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
• If you believe a charge is an error or you need help with a refund request, contact us at support@MoodFramesApp.com and include your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Modifications and Service Availability
Cryptovero may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, interfaces, code, original text, branding, and supporting systems are the property of Cryptovero and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.

You own your personal outputs (see Section 4).

9. Limitation of Liability
Mood Frames is provided for self-reflection and wellness purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or changes to mood or behavior. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptovero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mood Frames after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is always available at https://MoodFramesApp.com/tos
